Security Deposit: A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve the equipment and date. Refunded within 7 business days of equipment return, provided all items are returned clean and undamaged.
Condition of Equipment: Renter agrees to return all items in the same condition received. Tables and chairs should be wiped down.
Loss or Damage: Renter assumes full financial responsibility for the replacement cost of any items lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
Liability Waiver: The Renter assumes all risk and liability for any injuries or property damage arising from the use, transport, or presence of the rented equipment. Wyoming Desert Party Rentals shall be held harmless from any claims or legal actions.
